Likes bright light in a north window or a few feet from a sunny east, south or west window.
Average house temperature in winter, suffers below 55 degrees F.
Use an all purpose potting soil.
Water enough to maintain a range between wet and moist.  Dryness to the point of wilting causes the leaf tips to die back.
Feed all purpose fertilizer all year.  Follow directions on package.
