Any window with any amount of light.
Ideal temperature is an average house during winter heating season.
Water well, then not again until the soil surface feels dry.  Tolerates dryness, but dislikes soggy wetness.
Use an all purpose potting soil.  Feed all purpose plant food all year, following the container directions.
Sanseveria is nearly indestructible, but it pays to keep the foliage clean.
