Ivy prefers a bright north window or a sunny east or west exposure.  Winter temperature should be between 60-70 degrees F.  Ivy tolerates more heat if the air is moist.
It does not like like dry, stale air.  Water often enough to keep the soil moist.  Severe dryness kills ivy.  You can use all purpose fertilizer all year round.
