Dracaena Warneckii Lemon Lime likes light shade close to an east or west window. 

Keep soil moist.  Reduce watering in winter, but do not let soil to dry out.

Mist leaves regularly.  Wipe Leaves with damp cloth.

Can repot every two years in the spring.
