Dracaena Marginata Tips likes light shade close to an east or west window.  Unlike the Dracaena Marginata Cane, the leaves come directly out of the soil.  Other than that, the plant looks the same.

Keep soil moist.  Reduce watering in winter, but do not let soil to dry out.

Mist leaves regularly.  Wipe Leaves with damp cloth.

Can repot every two years in the spring.
