  Aglaonema
Often referred to as "Chinese Evergreen".  Aglaonemas thrive in low light.  There are several different types of Aglaonemas, each with different variations on the leaves.

Be sure to keep away from direct sunlight and from drafts.  Mist leaves regularly.  Allow the soil to dry before watering.  Excessive water can cause root rot.  Avoid the use of cold water.  Every three years repot in a larger pot in the spring.

Possible Problems:  Leaves shriveled, brown tips:  Air is too dry
Leaves curled, brown edges:  Air too cool or cold draft
