Stipa Pony Tails
 

This is a very attractive Mexican grass for the border or containers producing soft, wispy pony-tails. Easy to grow and quick to produce dense clumped growth. Can be grown in most fertile garden soils and shows best color where full sun exposure is available. A care free hardy plant which has a potential height of 36-40".

Full sun, well drained, fertile soil is required. Produces soft, wispy pony-tails which are of excellent architectural value.
