- Register an Account. Once you are registered, you will get a personalized Log In page.
- Click on “Reports” at the top and choose “CDR Reports” in the drop down menu.
- Enter your search criteria. You can specify multiple criteria for any given search.
(Please note that each criteria can be negated by check marking the “Not” box.)
- Click the “Search” button.
- Your results will be generated in a list below.
(At the top you will see a message specify how many search results have been generated. If you wish to increase the number of results pulled, type you desired number into the “Result Limit” field on the right side of the search box.)
- If you would like to generate a graph or download a CSV file of your search results, checkmark these options. The graph will appear at the bottom of the results list, while the CSV file will begin to download.
Call Detail Report FAQ
Can Call Detail Reports be integrated with Call Recording?
Yes, both tools available through Ohio.net will link seamlessly, allowing you to view recordings directly in the CDR interface.
How do I download a CSV file?
On the far right side of the search box is an ‘Extra Options” section. Check the box next to “CSV file”. When you click the “Search” button, your computer will generate a window asking if you would like to open or save the file. If “Save” is chosen, you will be to select a location on your computer to save the file.*

Does the CDR include internal as well as external calls?
Yes, the CDR report includes every phone system event between an extension and any other destination including VM, parked calls and selections made in auto-attendants. Each report will provide very specific details.
Can I use the CDR data in other reporting software?
Yes, with the ability to export the data from each report in various ways the information can be imported into most spreadsheet and graphing software packages.
Does everyone have access to the Call Detail Reports?
Secured access is only provided to the system users you approve. Every user has access to their own call history via their individual web portal but only authorized administrators can log into the full Call Detail Reporting function
How long do you keep CDR records?
Because the amount of detail we keep are related to data storage, essentially we keep all records. If you have a special request to securely archive or only keep a specified time of data please discuss that with us during the initial provisioning stage
